If you find that you are not receiving any reply from us even after emailing us a couple of times without a response, your email account is probably the problem. We ask that you check your email return address or supply us with an alternative email address.
There are occasions where our email reply gets bounced back to us for various reasons, including "Account inactive," "Account is over Quota," "Host unknown," "Service unavailable." Sometimes people simply mistype their email in the support box, and we are unable to reply.
Other times customers have had their email filters set too high (such as in Hotmail), and their reply gets sent to their spam folder.
